Hello,

My name is Shannon M. Jackson-Scott. I have over 15 years of exquisite customer service experience. I have worked for both the local and state Government of Louisiana departments for 9yrs combined. Which five of those years served in the role of supervisor in the Business and Operation department, as Parking Garage Supervisor. I also have experience with cash handling, along with Marketing/sales from both Dr. Pepper/Snapple Group and PepsiCo. 

In my current role at The Hershey Company I serve as a Territory Sales Lead, Community Service Advocate (CSR), Field Day Advocate, Intern Development Advocate and New Employee Onboarding trainer. I have also earned Top Performer for Q1-2023 for the Central Area with Hershey.

I hold a Bachelor in Family and Consumer Science focus in Child Development from Southern University in Baton Rouge, La. As well as a master’s from Grand Canyon University in Business Administration. I hold multiple certifications from GCU such as   Grad certification in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Grad certification in Project Management and Grad certification in IT Management. Numerous other certifications earned from FEMA and the State of Louisiana during my time of employment. 

I take extraordinary pride in my education, training and skill set that I have obtained over the years. I hope that one day I can make a greater use of my skills.
